FFEN is looking for detail-oriented, data-loving volunteers to join our Data Analysis Group and Database Team! These behind-the-scenes roles are essential to helping Minnesota’s food shelves make informed, cost-effective, and shopper-centered decisions.
As a Data Analysis Volunteer, you’ll clean and prepare real-world data in Excel to ensure food shelves receive accurate, actionable insights that strengthen their programs and budgets.
As a Database Volunteer, you’ll help manage FFEN’s AWS-based data systems—supporting clean, reliable data that drives smarter sourcing and stronger, more resilient food systems across Minnesota.
Both roles are remote, flexible, and collaborative, offering a chance to build technical skills (Excel, SQL, AWS, Tableau) while supporting a mission-driven team that values curiosity, connection, and community impact.
