A senior-level executive with over 17 years’ experience in clinical operations, Tricia’s strengths include the ability to build effective strategies, sustainable operations, and high-performing teams across diverse domains. Her newly founded consulting group works with clinics, payers, digital health, and community-based organizations to build sustainable and scalable solutions with measurable results.
Tricia has an extensive background in start-up organizations that are continuously innovating and evolving to meet the complex needs of the populations they serve while staying current with industry dynamics. One example of her expertise and commitment to improving access to social care and community-based resources, Tricia was instrumental in building a field-based community health worker program. Key to the design of the program was to use a standardized operational approach while customizing for local needs. Operationally, the program uses a framework for building effective partnerships, creating digital access for rural populations.
Excited to offer her knowledge of building program and organizational governance, budget management skills, and her passion to deliver on the mission, vision, goals, and values as part of FFEN’s leadership team, Tricia believes that “regular and dignified access to healthy foods is critical to the health and wellbeing of human beings and their communities.”
Tricia holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from University of Minnesota School of Public Health, and a B.A. in Economics, Spanish, and Justice & Peace Studies, from the University of St. Thomas. Tricia was also the recipient of the 2017 Community Advancement and Access Award, from the American Association of Birth Centers.
